Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be:

• Unused

• In original packaging

• Free from stains or odors

How to Return an Item

1. Email us with your order number at [email protected].

2. Provide a brief explanation and, if relevant, photos.

3. Once approved, send the item back to our return center.

Refund Terms

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used bed linens or towels

• Clearance and final sale items

• Customized or monogrammed products

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund based on your preference.
